Forest Park Families,
Our students collected more than 500 nonperishable items during our Food Drive—an amazing accomplishment! We celebrated yesterday with a school-wide program led by our talented music teacher, Mrs. Hall, followed by our annual Turkey Trot around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful tradition to share together, and our students had a great time.
I also want to thank everyone who participated in our annual Calendar Raffle. Our PTO did an outstanding job organizing month-long events and activities that brought fun, friendly
competition to the school—and hopefully boosted ticket sales along the way. We expect to share the final numbers next week.
