Forest Park Community,
Our Kindergarten through second-grade BINGO Night was a great success! Thank you to all who attended and to those who volunteered their time to make this a fun and memorable experience for our students. We look forward to hosting another BINGO Night for students in grades three through five in February.
We continue to introduce and reinforce our Vision of the Learner (VOL) skills across
classrooms. Please click here for more information about our districtwide VOL work, and enjoy the photos below of our third graders practicing Problem Solve to Innovate.
You will also find our updated school calendar below, which reflects the recent snow day.
Report cards will be distributed next Thursday, February 5. As always, please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding report cards and/or assessment results (STAR reports).
Finally, during the winter months, students go outside for recess when the temperature -
including wind chill or “feels like” temperature - is 20 degrees or above. Unfortunately, we have not been able to go outside this week, and we know how important fresh air and movement are for our students. We are hopeful that next week brings better weather.
As always, thank you for your continued support and partnership.
