Forest Park Families,
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and grace as we transitioned back to school this week. One important takeaway from the dismissal process we implemented was that loading and dismissing buses first - before walkers and students being picked up - reduced traffic congestion and helped create a safer environment. Moving forward, we will continue using this staggered dismissal process.
Reading Week was a great success! Our students enjoyed the variety of activities, programs, and guest readers throughout the week. Please take a moment to look through the photos we have posted that capture some of the fun. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special week possible.
A friendly reminder that today is the last day to purchase tickets for our Family Dance,
which will take place next Friday, the 13th. If your family is in need of tickets for the dance,
please feel free to reach out to me directly. Please review the updated flyers for more PTO
information, our next meeting will be held Wednesday.
This afternoon we will also hold our Forest Park Town Hall Assembly, where we recognize
students who model our school expectations and demonstrate hard work in the classroom. We encourage you to ask your child about the assembly and what they enjoyed most about the celebration.
As always, thank you for your continued support and partnership.
